Default Pittsburgh Area Endo

I'm seeking an endocrinologist in the Pittsburgh area.

The only name that keeps popping up is Patricia Bononi. Has anyone gone to her?

Any info is helpful.

Thanks

My mother and I went to see an endocrinologist in the falk building. I only went there once to see her so far but she seemed great was really nice spending alot of time talking to us and explaining things. After we talked for awhile, she took blood for tested and even called with the results talking to me on the phone for about half hour. I forget her name but if you need it let me know.

I have found one in the area. Her name is referenced on the PCOSA sight and her name is Dr. Bononi (I can't recall the first name).

Be prepared, because the first available appointment with her isn't until October.

I've scheduled mine for Oct 23rd.

I'll let you know how things go, but it sounds like she knows a lot about PCOS.

I see this is an older thread but if anyone is still look, Camille Buonocore is awesome. She's connected with Mercy Hospital...

I saw Dr. Patricia Bononi and she was the one that gave me Metformin. No other docs would b/c i was no "IR" but when I tried it, I got 3 periods in a row & lost 12 lbs. I proved all other docs wrong. So forget them. She seemed nice & open to anything. I am seeing Gabriella Gosman now at Magee and I like her a lot. She is willing to let me try anything and just open to talk. Dr. Brinda Kalro ....id stay away from.
