Default Pizza Fit'n Free (3-4 pt. on WW)

http://www.pizzafree.com/index.htm

I don't think low carbers will be interested in this; sorry (see info below). Although I guess you could eat just half of it. Might be a good idea; I had a whole one tonight with a salad and I was stuffed! I DO try to watch my carbs, but more in the way of sugars. And I don't eat bread or rice like I used to - but I cannot give up my pizza! lol And I tried this pizza tonight. Very nice and *very* filling, like I stated above. The reason why I say it's 3-4 points is this: on the website, they say it's 200 calories, but on the actual pizza, it says 210. The 200 is 3 points. The 210 brings it up to about 3.5 and I know some people would just round it up to 4.

Anyway, it's a 7inch pizza made with fat-free REAL cheese. It has: 200 (210) calories/0g fat/24g carb/4g fiber/20g protein.

I'm not sure about the protein/carb balance ratio, but if you're doing that and add enough chicken or something, would you be able to reach that ratio? Just a thought for the balancers, if the carbs aren't just too high.

One other thing though - while the pizza itself isn't too expensive, the shipping and handling does bring the price up a bit. But I really think the price was worth it. I'll definitely be ordering more!

Has anyone else tried these??

Hi - I saw these a few weeks ago and ordered a box just to try them. I too watch my carbs, but am not fanatical about it. I'm a WW who watches refined carbs more than anything else. Anyway, DH loves pizza, so I thought I'd try it out... Man, it was really good. He loved it (and he's one of the world's pickiest eaters). (I did put a little extra 2% cheese on his however). I sauteed veggies, garlic, and some chicken breast in Pam and put them all over mine with some italian seasoning. highly recommend. In fact, we're having them for dinner tonight.

Oh, yum, that sounds good! I mostly just eat them plain with a salad on the side, or with some chicken (with a salad on the side - I have a thing for salads lol). I also find I prefer most of my veggies raw or just lightly cooked (I like them crunchy). Sauteeing them just might be what I'd need for this. I'll have to try that.

Glad you both enjoyed them. I'm waiting for my second order to arrive (ordered more this time ).

Thanks so much for the tip. I ordered 2 orders my first time, so we've gone through our first order and are making a dent in the 2nd one. Probably will need to order soon.

Living in Phoenix, with it being 110 degrees, I was a little skeptical about them being okay mailed in the heat - but they were fine - still cold and refroze well.

FYI - last night, we put bbq sauce on our pizza, along with all the seasonings and slightly sauteed veggies and chicken and WOW - so fantastic! I had so many veggies piled on my pizza that I skipped the salad. I put it under the broiler for a minute or two after it baked. It got nicely brown (I love my pizza that way).
