I have had a really bad week this week. I have stuffed my face. On ww and have already clocked up 12 excess points and i usually don't use them up. I have been completely miserable - on my period too - and today i have had to go through the 3 worst times in my life - a car crash, my miscarriage and my ectopic pregnancy - with a psychiatrist. On the bright side he did confirm i'm not a headcase!
I'm not looking for sympathy, just cheering up..... anyone got any nice things happen to them?
DH has just gone out to get chocs and for me so can watch BB.

I've had a good week and I am getting ready to go on holiday on the 25th for 15 days. My father booked a surprise cruise for both of us and I'm getting excited about it. Norway and Iceland here I come!

Hi there - well Im meant to be on my low carb diet and have just returned from the pub having eaten a portion of chips and a bread and butter pudding. Ooops!! But was yuuuuummy!!!
On a brighter note my best friend is here for the weekend and its great to see her especially as she has a brand new boyfriend and is all loved up!
Dont worry about eating too many points- tomorrow is another day- and make it a good one!!
