Kat - I am not able to reply to any thread and I don't understand why . It says that I can only respond after 15 post and I only have 3. I've tried posting but it won't let me.
Can you respond to this post? Is the problem in all forums?

Hey Kat, thank you for responding to my post. I really don't understand what the problem is, all I know is that I am not able to reply to most post. However, I have been able to reply to 4 plus this one if it actually lets me.
