CAN SOMEONE ANSWER A QUESTION I HAVE ON ANGUS CASTUS PLEASE ?
I HAVE BEEN TAKING IT FOR 1 WEEK NOW (I TOOK IT EARLIER THIS YEAR ALSO ) GOT PREG SO STOPPED IT BUT MC .
I BOUGHT THE G N C BRAND OF 500MGS WELL I HAVE A PROBLEM SWALLOWING TABLETS SO I BREAK THEM UP AND THE TASTE DISGUSTING , NEVER THE LESS THE QUERY I HAVE IS DO YOU THINK I TABLET OF 500MGS A DAY IS ENOUGH ?
AS I CANT BEAR TO BREAK ANOTHER ONE UP TO TAKE I SHIVER EACH TIME I TAKE THE TABLET WHEN IT IS CRUSHED .
ALSO IS THE GNC BRAND A VERY GOOD BRAND TO TAKE /

I think 500 mg should be fine. But if you dont think it is working i would try takign another half of a pill. And of yes are they discusting!!!

I AM JUST RECTIFYING MY MISTAKE IT IS 500MGS PER DAY I TAKE NOT 400MGS ON THE BOTTLE IT SAYS 1 - 3 TABLETS PER DAY SO JUST WANNA ASK IF 1 IS OK
