Default Please help im so confused

I missed my first period in march and thought it was finally a BFP, after alot of tests it wasnt. Last week I saw an endo for the first time, he said I just ovulated (based on some blood work) and that I should be getting my period in a week or to 1wk and 1/2. So today I thought AF was started until right now when I passed something I had never seen before, it was a very very small, smaller than a pea size, looking sac with tissue coming out to one side. I don't even know how to describe it and I got very sick to my stomach looking at it that I just got rid of it asap then dh is like "why didn't u save it to show the dr"... gross. I'm so sorry this is so detailed but I'm not about to call the dr for this right now and I was hoping someone can put my nerves to rest about it.

Was it possibly a miscarriage? Has anyone else passed something like this when they m/c? I don't think it was because of all the tests they did and said I wasn't pregnant and then he said I had just ovulated. I have a pretty strong stomach for seeing things but that was alittle too weird for me and I have no idea what it was...

A very early pg is smaller than the tip of a pin, and would require a microscope to see it, so I doubt that it was a m/c. It was likely tissue from your uterus starting to shred. Hugs, I am sure af will show her ugly face soon.

lots of blood this morning and tons of tissue, I've never had this before. Is this something that happens alot when you miss a month? the first thing that passed was grey and hard, now its all fleshy. Ok im not going to say anymore. This is so unsual for me and I'm just going to call my dr on mon. I know it's not from this month if I was mc, I know it was impossible to see anything from this ovulation. I thought about it last night and maybe we conceived in march... i dunno.

Back when I wasn't ovulating (even when I wasn't sexually active), I would get very heavy periods that included lots of flesh when I did shed my lining, which happened naturally about once every three months or when induced with Provera. Do ask your doctor, but I think you're probably just having a heavy period.

If you were far enough along to be passing noticable products of conception, you would have had a positive pregnancy test well before now. I had a miscarriage 5 weeks ago and passed just a sac which had stopped growing between 5 and 6 weeks - it was about the size of one of those big "globe" grapes. I suppose it's *possible* to be pregnant, and be about that far along, and have the pregnancy fail, and things start breaking down, so you would pass smaller bits... but I think that you are just having a heavier period than you are used to.

ty for the replies. It's just weird that after 13 yrs of having the SAME period that I finally miss one and now this... The whole thing is just out of the norm for me and very uncomfortable. I sorta feel like I shouldn't have even asked about it. I feel so stupid now.

Lissa, don't feel stupid at all. It's hard to know what happened for sure. But I agree, it doesn't sound like a miscarriage, thankfully!! But I'm concerned about the grey discharge. Do you think you could have an infection?

Oh hun you are not stupid. The only stupid questions are the one's never asked.

With PCOS it is totally normal for your period to skip and do a lot of other crazy crap. It is also normal for it to be heavy when you have skipped one. I agree with Diamond though about the possibility of an infection. Can you call your GYN to see if they may want to run a test or something? Best Wishes hun.
