Cinnabon

Hello,
I am 31, Diabetic (t1), MS (dx 2006). My period has been missing for 8 months. Its not my diabtes or the MS. They checked my bloodwork and suspect a nodule in my thyroid and now want a biopsy and ultrasound of my thyroid. Its a cold one, I believe. Can someone shine on this subject?
My hormone levels seem normal.
