please help me....need advice

I'm 37, I was Dx with pcos in 2006 after i had my first baby in 2005 (no meds, just a miracle from GOD).
I was Rx Metformin 500 mg twice daily, Provera and Clomid 100mg.
I never took clomid before nor met. Today was my first day on Met, I only took 500mg, about 2 hours later i was running to the bathroom. I haven't had a period for 4 months, so my obgyn put me on provera BUT before I got the chance to take it, SURPRISE.. I got my period. So on day 5-9, i'm suppose to take the clomid 100mg. My question for you ladies is:
Has anyone ever heard of all 3 medication being taken at the same time? is this too much at once?
My Husband and I want another child but I'm scared that the metformin and the clomid...it's too much. I can't even think about taking the full 1000mg due to the side effects, so i plan on going slow.
i'm so new to all of this. please any advice will be helpful.

I never tried clomid or provera, but when I was on metformin it gave me an upset stomach all the time. Immodium was my best friend the whole time I was on it. my RE told me to start witha 500mg pill and then work my way up to th three 500mg pills. he told me to start with one on the first week, then on the second week with two, etc... He also told me to take it with food. I use to take my pill at night so it wasn't too bad the first week... Good luck!!
