Default Please help! Vitex question

Hi ladies! I have some vitex questions, and I thought you all could help me out. I am VERY interested in trying vitex. I took soy this cycle for the first time cd5-9, and I got a peak on my fertility monitor a few days ago. When do I take vitex? Do I take it my whole cycle, and if so, can I start in the middle of my cycle, or do I need to wait? Thanks so much for any help!

Leah

This is just my opinion, I personally take it my whole cycle, I do not stop taking it because it's so "gentle" that it doesn't stay in the system if you stop using it, so I would say yes you could start taking it now... It may take your body up to 3 months to start working... but I usually notice a difference with in a couple weeks. I hope it works for you! Goodluck!

At this point, I would say - if you BD'd when you got that fertility monitor peak - to wait to see if you're PG cause if you are, you'd have to stop the vitex immediately.

If you're not, next cycle, take the vitex daily and also do the 4 days of soy - they should compliment each other and boost Oing.

But, I got PG on soy alone.
