I feel completely numb from head to toe. I can't believe this is happening again.
Renee, we're thinking of you and Ari! Hang in there. (((((Hugs!)))))

Oh, my God. I can't believe this is happening to her. She's been through so much - I can't write more right now.

Viv, I felt like a crazy woman this morning, crying in my office. I DON'T want to make this about me, but this is really upsetting me It took me what seemed like forever just to write a response.
I'm sure Renee would understand - we all had our losses around the same time, so there's a connection there. It brings it all back, and I just want her story, this time around, to have a happy ending.
Adrianne, I spent all afternoon crying (I was late to the news, apparently). My coworker was printing out pics of cute kittens from the internet (she's looking to adopt one), and she was so giggly and annoying showing everyone the pics that I finally snapped at her. Bad Viv.
But then everyone left me alone, even though I KNOW they could hear me crying in my cubicle. At least the rest of my day was quiet.
I wish I could fast forward a few days, and be back here reading an update that everything's okay.
I don't want this to be about me either, but I think it's good to express all of this. I'm glad you all went first. I get sooooo scared when anything with a pregnancy goes south. I'm glad they got to her before the baby fell out, but I am absolutely furious at her doctors for letting her get past 14 weeks without a cerclage. It is gross negligence, in my opinion, even though they thought they had a good plan in place. Renee deserves to have a healthy baby, not a micro preemie, and it looks like it will be a very long road just to have a survivor. I can't wait to hear good news. I'm biting my nails... now I feel lucky that I'm not in tears on top of it as you gals are. {Group Hug!}
Renee, we love ya!!

I spoke to her late afternoon, she was still having contractions. They told her that walking around could help pull the membranes back in. She seemed shellshocked (understandable), and I think she was putting a lot of faith in the docs.
I told Rivi to gather all of the other IC babies here (mentioned them all by name) and to go give God big puppy eyes until he agrees to let Ari stay. I've been praying, but my prayers didn't do much for me. Hopefully they'll work for someone else...
I don't know. I hope somebody enters the picture who knows what they're doing. I didn't sleep well last night. I'm worried that it's been so long since she posted - I hope it's just that she's staying DOWN. I know her phone's ringing off of the hook, so I'll try her this afternoon if we don't hear anything.
