It's never easy starting a new diet, but I am praying that you will find strength and motivation and the perserverence to stick with it. I sure hope that it will be effective for you.
I have lost 20 pounds through exercise (walking) and no special diet, although I have been stuck here for weeks. I might look into a low carb type diet soon. I need to lose at least 20 more, but would love to lose about 35 more. I don't know if that is possible, though at my age (46).
