My DH is having Rue-en-Y Gastric Bypass on April 8th. Please pray that he comes out of this healthy and happy. I have been having such anxiety about something going wrong and him dying that I have been in a constant state of tears. Don't get me wrong I am behind him because I know he needs this to feel better and this is what he wants but the risks of the surgery scare me more than I could have ever imagined. We have two young daughters that need their Dad so all prayers for a successful surgery and recovery is well appreciated.

hi andra...Just want to let u know that Ill be praying for your hubby and I know he will do jsut fine as i know alot of people who have had the gastric bypass done and have had no problems!Although i have not heard of Rue-en-y bypass?

I am praying for you and for DH and your daughters, too. I wrote a note on my calendar for April 8 to pray like crazy on that day for your DH! I hate surgery, too. I pray that all will go well and that the recovery will be very quick. I hope that the results of the surgery accomplish all that he is hoping for and improves his health.
