After seven years of trying and finally giving up hope, my sister got pregnant earlier this year. She's at 14 weeks now. Since the beginning, she's had unexplained intermittent spotting. But the doctors have been cautiously optimistic especially after the 12 week mark. She's 41 and terrified her age will cause problems. On Friday she began having bad cramps and spotting. This weekend they've continued. She called the doctor. Since she isn't having flow, the doctor put her on bed rest and said she wanted to see her first thing Monday or if it got worse. She goes in tomorrow morning and I know she's scared.

We figure whatever the Lord has planned is what's to be and since that has always served us best, we wouldn't have it any other way. Just the same, I'm asking for any prayers which can be offered on her behalf.

Thank you everyone for the thoughts and prayers. My sister miscarried this morning. We're doing all right. The Lord has been very good and brought peace to our hearts. I appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers!
