Not necessarily. You'll probably experience much the same as on the lower dose. Some women don't exeprience any side effects, some all, some a few. It's an individual thing.

Lots of baby dust coming your way

Default Reactions to Clomid

I will tell you that about 2 years ago when I tried Clomid (50 mg - no O, then 100 mg - no O, and finally 150 mg - no O) I went insane. I had hot flashes all the time, depressed, moody - it was bad, so we stopped.

Now - I am taking 100 mg - this and first cycle I O'ed. But the differnece is that I am on Gluc. XR. In my opinion - I think the IR I have was causing it not to work and making my hormones terrible. So, now that I have a portion of my IR under control - the Clomid is finally doing it's job and my side effects are minimal.

Who knows - but best of luck to you.

Christi

Well, I am kinda the opposite. I started at 100mg and it worked to well so I had to go down to 50mg. I noticed I didn't have as many hot flashes at I did at 100mg, but that's about it, and even those arent that bad.

Good luck next round!

Default All of us are different

I went from 50 to 100, 100 then 150. None of it worked, but my symptoms were the same through it all. I was moody, and mean to dh, but thats all that happened to me. I think it is going to be different for everyone since it is all about hormones. Its hard to control, but try to stay relaxed and as stress free as possible.
