HELP ME PLEASE THERE ARE A FEW QUESTIONS THAT I KNOW ONLY YOU CAN ANSWER. ALTHOUGH I HAVE GOTTEN A FEW RESPONSES I AM STILL WONDERING HAVING PCOS AM I GOING TO HAVE MORE OF A CHANCE HAVING TWINS OR MULTIPLE BIRTHS. ALSO AM I GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE FERTILITY PILLS.

Unfortunately its just not something you are going to know for sure, doesn't matter what "data" is out there etc, its all so hard to predict And its not absolute that you are going to have to take infertility treatment.

I have both PCOS and endometriosis, both of which can greatly reduce your fertility. Despite that, I have two children. I did not take fertility treatments, and had absolutely no problem getting pregnant. In fact, I told my husband I wanted to have a baby (both times) and we tried once or twice, and then I was pregnant. I'm not kidding! One time! Besides that, I just got off of Depo Provera, and I had an ultrasound, and they found a cyst. Which means I ovulated while on birth control!
So not everyone with PCOS has fertility problems. Maybe my body is just REALLY different from everyone else. Don't give up hope, your body might be different too.

If you do end up using fertility treatments, pills like Clomid, Tomoxiphen, etc... only increase your chance for twins about 3-5% higher, and triplets, etc. are the same as someone who is using no drugs. Now, if you start injections, that risk is doubled because there is no control over how many eggs you drop.....
