I have been on vitex for a few months now and have lost about 35 lbs. Recently I've been having cramp-type feelings like AF is coming...but then nothing. In fact, I feel slightly cramped right now. BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENING!!! I just wish I would have a day of real cramps for the first time in six months and just bleed already!! I've been trying to have an orgasm every day -sorry- because I read that will make the uterus contract...but apparently it's not enough.
Do you wise ladies have any suggestions? I really don't want to ask the Dr. for prometrium again...it makes me crazy. Can I do NPC with Vitex??

My RE suggested that I take Vitamin C 500mg 4 a day to help bring on AF...It worked for me and has worked for other friends that I recommended it to....

Thank you all for trying! I'm taking the Vitamin C advice and seeing what will happen. I have tried Met in the past, but I've been on a break from it b/c of the side effects. I hope to get back on it soon though b/c I know it will probably be helpful.

oh honey believe me, I would never look at you funny. I just had the longest cycle ever....80+ days and the vit. C was a miracle for me cause I was dying for AF to start so that I could FINALLY start my 1st medicated cycle.
So, I understand and don't judge at all....
