I like a lot of those stores but they can be really pricey. My favorite is Fashion Bug. They ALWAYS have really big sales so if you buy off the clearance racks you can walk out of there with 3 brand new entire outfits for less than $100. Back when we lived in Missouri I also shopped at a store called Catos. I'm not sure if those are everywhere or just in the Ozark area, but if you ever see one, you must stop! I would live in those 2 stores if I could.

Lane Bryant - Their bras, panties, and pants are awesome!
Torrid - Cute hip clothes for younger plus sized females.
Avenue - Such cute clothes online however their instore stock has never impressed me.
Rainbow (I shopped there when I lived in North Carolina) They have nice club clothes for us big girls. I wish they had one here in Sacramento.

I wish I have these options in my country. I am huge compared to the many petite women in my part of the world. I just wish that I have a lot of options in terms of clothing. I am so tired of the same old designs!
