Default plz help, its affecting my heart?

sprio has somehow managed to make my heart beat at least 130 beats per minute ALL the time. like even if i am just out for a stroll. i know i should go off it. but what can replace it? im already on metformin...i know its dangerous to stay on spiro now. but without spiro i get hair everywhere and horrible acne...i dont know what to do im only 18 i dont want heart problems. when i run it beats even faster.

Sorry this is happening to you! I wonder if your potassium levels are off? Spiro is a potassium sparing med, meaning that you have to be careful not to take or use anything that contains extra potassium (salt substitutes, for instance).

Saw Palmetto is a natural supplement that is supposed to work like Spiro. Do a search here or on google to learn more about it.

apparently spiro makes my blood pressure to low which makes my heart have to work harder to sucessfully pump blood through my body.

Are you sure it's the spiro and not the met. I have very high resting heart rate and met and ended up in the emergency room. It causes heart problems in about 10% of people if I remember right.
