I there anything other then midol that I can take for PMS? I have been being quite RUDE to the people that I love and really want something to make this go away. I am thinking about going to my DR and seeing what she says. Any ideas would be great.

well, I get pms. Ive been drinking camomile tea, which really helps. I get all irritible/ stresed if I dont drink it. hope this helps
