I guess since PCOS started and my periods have gone awry, I have had PMS like never before. I really can't predict my periods based on a cycle anymore, but I sure can predict based on hormonal symptoms! If I cry and cry and weep with rage filled passion, for no good reason that seems to be an indication my period will start in the next day or two OR that I am ovulating. I have a feeling my hormones are fighting each other. THe weeping, estrogen rising? The rage/frustrations, the testosterone? Also, I just started Levoxyl for my thyroid and I am sure it's too soon to tell, but the crying fit was that same day, and next day my period started. Who knows!

Yeah that happens to me I'll be sitting in class and all of the sudden I'll start crying, or someone will be popping their gum and it will really make me angry. Then the next day I'll get my period, it's weird

PMS has been better for me in the last few years. I think part of it is a change in diet. Caffeine and white flour and sugar and such are mood changing at least to me.

My periods have stopped all together but when I use to have them I would do this also during PMS and when I would have an overwhelming cry then my period would start within the next few days too. Now when I am induced everyother month with prometrium I do the same thing. I usually feel for about a week like I am going to bust into tears then all of the sudden for no reason at all or for something rather stupid I will just start crying like a mad women,boy does the cry feel great,like a release or something.Then within a few days I will start my period. I believe it is my hormones not being right in my body and they just don't know what to do!!!!
