 PMS or Depression ?
Hey ladies, diagnose me! Just kidding, but boy do I wish it was that easy.
So, I have been diagnosed w/PCOS. Was on the pill for 3 months....got a period. I have been off the pill for about a month now or a little bit over. Right now I feel like I am losing my mind. Crying like crazy, a big ol' hormonal mess. Irritable, the whole 9. My question is, since I dont ovulate is this PMS? Can you have PMS if you dont ovulate- are they linked at all? I feel so clueless sometimes. Thanks for any info you may have. v |
