This is my poem but I have a Cyster Friend who keeps encouraging me to share my work so here goes(please be kind, I'm not that good):

Stop Before I Go


Never mind my smile
Quit watching my eyes
Pay attention to my soul
Where you'll find all the answers
All about me
Watch out who you love
You might just get loved back
No promise is painless
Open your eyes for the truths
About my painful world.

Scars


I have scars, but they do not show
They are carefully hidden, way down below
In an empty shaking body, containing no soul
Running blindly lost without any hope
Making it so powerfully tempting to cope
Finding a way out so I can be free,
By simply ceasing to be.

Sorry they are kinda morbid, but that's the way my life was, it's what I am trying to draw myself up out of. Don't think of them as negativity, instead think of them as before, and after. I hope.
