Everyday i wake up and seem to feel the same
How can i describe this so unnecessary pain
Not just physical but emotinonal aswell
My heart bleeds , the more and more it swells

Theres a differenace here, just between you and me
such a up together life it seems that i just might lead
But i take each day as it comes and smile to the crowd
I may seem happy hyper and extremly proud

The truth is pcos it seems to rule my life and mind
So heres the poem that tells the truth my name has been signed
I may seem avarage and normal if you wish to say it
pcos may rule me now and tomorow,but i have a powerful grip

see im normal happy hyper and proud
its me not pcos that lies to the crowd
