Hmm, not sure then, I know I get funny feelings like something is inside me "poking" and I always assumed it was gas lol. There are all kinds of bubbly things going on inside our body, so I guess it could be any number of things. Your intestines though go up as far as your diaphragm so there is loads of movement all around there!!

I was the same way, but I did some research and found that when you are low in magnesium you become constipated. My birth control actually takes magnesium out of your body. I take magnesium pills and now I'm regular.
But in regards to the main post, is it near your belly button? I always got that weird pain/poke when I was constipated as well. Once I started taking the magnesium I didn't get it much anymore.
