Have you taken Vitex and broke out durring your cycle with it? If you have broken out while taking it what part of your cycle was it?
I am on my second bottle of the liquid form and Im breaking out. If this stuff is working I should O next week, just trying to see if there is a correlation between the two.

started low carb two weeks ago.
i've taken Vitex on and off a few times....always off because i started to break out in what looked like cystic acne, which isn't normal for me i usually have crystal clear skin. can't recall when during my cycle it would happen though, sorry
