Any information that I've come across about pomegranate has been vague at best. Much of it seems to be derived from very old thoughts about the fruit, based in ancient mythology and lore. The best I've found is a sentance that reads, "Pomegranate essence balances the reproductive system." Nothing to back it up at all.
It is a good souce of potassium and vitamin C, but that's about all the facts that I've come across that holds any water. I just don't know about its validity as a fertility enhancer.
