Lightbulb Me too!

Hi cyster. I have the same problem and have had some success regularly using pore minimizing masques. For example Queen Helen's Mint Julep one works well for me and is reasonably priced... I am able to find it many places including Walgreens drugstore. Btw I find this masque also helps clear my skin; I even leave it on blemishes overnight. Hope this helps.

I've heard of a couple of things that are suppose to help, but who knows if it's true. I've never tried these:

Rubbing a piece of ice all over your face after you wash it is suppose to have some effect (closing pores) and I've also heard of putting Prep H (with Biodyne--that's the key) on the pores. It's suppose to make them smaller. They don't sell this Prep H in the US. They have it in Canada.

Hope this helps : )

Well, I don't know if it will work, but trans fats make my pores larger. While there's some scientific evidence to support this, I noticed that whenever I would consume those fats my pores would be large and there would be black stuff (hairs) in some of them. As soon as I stopped eating the trans fats, the pores closed up and those hairs fell out. I've done this experiment several times now and have finally just stopped knowingly consuming such fats. I have some noticable pores on my forehead, but primarily they are on my nose and an area 1 inch around my nose.

Saturated fats don't affect me as much, but Partially Hydrogenated Oils, Hydrogenated oils and Trans Fats do. It's been over a month since I've completely stopped Trans Fats & Cottonseed Oil and my skin is much drier now, my dandruff has lessened, my face has even less acne, and my pores are the smallest they've been since before puberty.

Best of luck
