to have ovary cysts and not have pcos? Or does not having af and not ovulating pretty much point to pcos? My af has regressed and I feel like my metformin isn't doing anything. I asked my dr about upping the dosage and she would not. Any insights?

It's possible to have ovarian cysts and not have PCOS, as well as to have PCOS without the ovarian cysts.
