Default Is it possible to build up a tolerance to Met?

I have been taking 2000MG of Met for approximately 4 months now. After experiencing cycles of 40-70 days before starting Met, I was thrilled to see immediate results. The first month I ovulated on CD16. The second month I ovulated on CD22. The third month I ovulated on CD23. This month I am on CD30 and still no signs of ovulation. Is it possible that I am building up a tolerance to Met so that it is becomming less effective as time goes on? I don't know what to do! I'm getting so frusterated! Has anyone else experienced this?
