i havent been well these last few days. Dont know if anyone has seen my post at the uk section.

Anyway, on Monday night/Tues morning i had terrible pain in my groin area - severe burning. And thought my head would explode too!

Saw my gp who did swabs, internal etc and sent me into hospital for the day. More swabs, internals done again. The consultant there said i had some sort of infection - or else it was my lichen planus spread into my womb etc. Came home with mega doses of anti biotics. Apparently i have a severe amount of yellow discharge inside. - yeuck! Will get my test results this Wed.

As i have hs, i was wondering if anyone has had this inside the groin area. I know we're not drs - but was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience - and what it was.

I have my HS INSIDE my groin area, eva. but never felt ANYTHING like you mentioned...ie the burning. But you said it was an infection? maybe that's why i've never had it burnin. Although, you know sometimes when i mess around with the ones REALLY under the skin it sort of burns...hmmm. i hope you start feeling better and get some answers!

been to the dr today, who rang for my results. I dont have any climedia(sp?) which i knew anyway. But do have thrush.Again. So i have tablets for that which i start tomorrow.

the gp thinks that i have Pelvic Inflamitary Disease, but i have to see the gynae at the end of the month. just wanted to let you know
