Is it possible to ovulate the next day after your last Clomid pill?

Ok...I'm reading online and what I'm seeing is not matching what is happening to me. Ok my period ended on Friday CD 5 which is also the first day I took Clomid 50 mg. I took Clomid until Tuesday CD 9. I am also using the Clear Blue fertility monitor and I was required to test on CD 6-7 and CD 9-11. Which today is CD 11. On CD 6 I had a low reading, on CD 7-11 I had a high reading on the monitor. But I have yet to get that Peak reading with the 3rd bar and egg. Me and DH BD on CD 8 and CD 10. All day yesterday and today while I was at work whenever I went to restroom I had CM of raw egg whites. It stretched and either took forever to break or never broke at all. And I mean this was everytime I went to the restroom throughout the whole day. Especially right after I urinated or have a bowel movement, I would get this type of CM since yesterday. So from what I've been reading I know this is a sign of ovulation approaching. But I didn't get that peak reading on the monitor yet

So I told DH about it and we BD yesterday just incase. I'm just not sure because I'm confused. I have never had that type of CM before. I just wanted to know if this is possible.

Also I started charting my temps again at CD 5:

CD 5 : 97.0
CD 6: 97.2
CD 7: 97.3
CD 8: 97.5
CD 9: 96.7
CD 10: 96.5

CD 11: 97.4

I don't know if ovulation is possible so quickly after my last Clomid pill. Please let me know what you guys think.

Also my OB/GYN wants me to try Clomid 50mg and Metformin 1000mg for 3 months and if there is no success then she is going to up the dose and have me monitored. I've also been taking PreCare Conceive prenatal vitamins and Guaifensin (Robitussin) to help my cervical mucus.
