Hi all
I am on cd48--I started vitex 1000mg and dong quai 1000mg daily 2 weeks ago.
After about 4 days of taking the herbs my breasts became real sore and still are. I was wondering if this is possibly pms signs that af is on her way or is it a side effect of the herbs??

Me and some other cysters have found that Vitex does regulate your cycle, but the side effect of it is terrible PMS. Sad that with something so good you get something so yucky as PMS.

Wow, I haven't notices the pms part of it, (but maybe i should check with DH on that one ) I can tell you this though. It can't be worse than clomid!

do you remember if there was mention from the other cysters--how long there pms symptoms lasted before af arrived? I am anxiously awaiting af and my breasts are killing me
Dear Mako, I do not remeber about others but for me it lasts 3-8 days. And with each cycle you are on Vitex it gets better The PMS is easier to handle. Hang on there!
