I saw these posted on another website recently being recommended by some Aussies from NSW, thought I'd pass them on in case anyone is looking for natural therapists.

Just had my first appointment today with a Naturopath who was aware of PCOS and could talk knowledgeably and at length about it! Will keep you updated on how things go with her.

My Ob/gyn is Dr Douglas Keeping, he's been wonderful throughout my whole pregnancy really laid back and caring. He was the one that diagnosed me with PCOS. He's a member of the Queensland Fertility Clinic.
I also saw Dr Winifred Lee while i had my severe morning sickness. The only negative i had with her was that i was always out of pocket when i was in hospital when she visited me. I found her really good though. Both hubby and i said that i should probably see her have the baby is born. I have a feeling that Dr Keeping will probably refer me to her for my pcos.
Has anyone been to see DR John Eaton in Sydney? What's he like?
Thanks
Mel

When I was trying to fall pregnant (and trying to get sane), I saw Professor Soo Keat KHOO - Director of Gynaecology at The Royal Women's Hospital in Brisbane. I saw him privately he has since closed his private practice and is only working from Royal Women's Hospital. He was excellent and my husband and I felt extremely comfortable with him, which was lucky as my husband had a low sperm count. As it turned out, we fell pregnant on my last lot of Clomid.

I go to a specialist so if anyone is wondering who's one of the best in Perth it is Dr Kim Stanton. I can't remeber his details but if you ask your GP i'm sure they'll know. Also he is very busy so he might not be able to see everyone right away.

The best endochronologist I know of in Perth is Dr. Bronwyn Stuckey. She does alot of research in the PCOS field and I have taken part in a couple of them so far. She's in Nedlands at the Keogh Medical Institute, and she has a waiting list too. She's a really nice lady and really does get stuck into your medical situation with PCOS.
I am looking for a good naturopath in Perth that will be able to assist me in treating PCOS for my health, does anyone know of a good naturopath or recommendations??

Hey
I actually started with Dr Stuckey but i she just was a good person to treat me...she may be the best in the business but whats the point if you don't feel comfortable around her? Any way Dr Stanton Is helping me by getting me to tackle my weight issue first and from then on its progress!
For all the Perth girls. Dr Bronwyn Stuckey at the Keogh Institute at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital.
She is fantastic. Had about a 4 month wait for appointment, but well worth it. All bloods were conducted and I was dx with IR. At last I found out why my weight was so not coming off.
I'm now on met and am waiting to see some results. I believe it takes a little time. Good luck everyone.
