don't eat ground beef ...oh god
I feel super sick, I did the last time we had it and I didn't know for sure it was the ground beef... but now I am pretty darn sure :S
I thought since it is extra lean, I would be okay

omg please give me some advice - i finally got up to 1500 mg of met and now im super sick im shaking, vomiting and tmi coming- have diareaha i havent ate anything all day and i cant even seam to hold the sprit down. some people say i have a virus and others are saying it has to be the met- please weigh in and give me any advice so that i can see relief - im so tired and weak - also i dont know weather it a rash or from me heaving so much during my vomiting but i have lil red speacks and spoctes all arond my eyes and on my face it was all the way to my beck but seams to be clearing up i have never had this before what is this ?

Because I Quit Taking It Fir A Day 'n I Was Fine Im Back On It But Just 500 Mg A Day N Im Good Im Gonna Talkto My Doc At My Next Appt//: I Was Very Scared But All Is Well Now The Vessel Is Even Healed That I Busted

Oh really? I'm glad you say that because I've been thinking of lowering my dosage as well. My doc can't see me for another week and a half, but I can't feel like this until then.

thankyou- i mean i just couldnt tolerate ut - thats the thing - and if im goingto hurl it up ( i know so lady like) then how could canit be doing me?)also i dont know about you but the hair on my head is getting thicker- is this the met - whateverim thankfull

I have been taking Metformin (1500mg/day) for about 4 years. It used to make me so sick. I started to drink lots of water and the side effects didn't effect me at all. Whatever you do...don't give up on them...you will feel better in time. Oh yea, ginger helps. (even ginger snap cookies)

ummmmmmmm water i know i could use more of that and not just for met syptoms im constantly dehindrated and havingto go to the doc nget salin thruogh iv- so im gonna try to make myself drink the eight glasses a day plus igot tops like cucumber and melon with ice water makes it much more yummy

Did you get sick when you first started taking Met? Or just when you upped the dosage to 1500 mgs? I started on met yesterday and am at 850 mgs for a week. I feel a little bit of irritation, but nothing like what you are experiencing. I'm wondering if it's going to be worse next week...!
