Kelly I was in early pg unit on my first scan they can be wrong on the first scan as there wasnt a head to measure back then lol but now they measured the head so hopefully this will be the only due date I get now.

Hi ladies - just found out I'm about 4 weeks pregnant. When do RE's usually do the first ultrasound? I think mine said like 30 days after ovulation? Is that right? How many weeks would that be? Thanks!

Im not sure, i just phoned early pregnancy unit and they said they usually do the first scan at 6ish weeks or so cause before that they dont see anything, i got an earlier scan at 5.5 weeks as suspected ectopic, the sac was there but nothing else, went back 2 weeks later and baby was there heartbeat and all.

Yeah that's why DH and I do not want to go too early. Do not want something to worry about when everything's fine. I think we'll just go whenever they suggest but man I wish we could go earlier and see everything!
