 Postpartum side effects
I was on 1500mg of met throughout my pregnancy. Within a few days after the birth I started being revisited by all of those lovely side effects that I had over a year ago when I first started the medication (nausea, diarrhea, etc.). Now at 6 weeks postpartum I am still experiencing the side effects. Why is this happening? Does it have something to do with the hormonal changes? It took about 2 months for the side effects to go away the first time-- is that what I should expect now? Considering I never went off of the medication, this surprises me. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
