I just wanted to share something special with everyone. I have been doing lots of reading lately, mostly self help books, and am currently reading
"You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay. Has anyone read it?
It is fantastic. It was written quite a while ago now, but the philosophy of changing negative thought patterns to positive, saying affirmations every day and being thankful for what you have is such a great medication. I have never felt so good about myself and have had many "light bulb moments" since I started changing my thinking.
I was even motivated to get up at 5am this morning and go for a 3 km walk in the pouring rain!!! That's big for me as usually I would go back to bed if it was raining!
Ive always been active in prayer and meditation, but it is amazing how changing your thoughts can change your life for the better!
