Default Powerfoods:Wheat Germ, lots of benefits

-for those who arent allergic of course-
Something I found recently after one of my clients mentioned it helping stabalize her and her friends blood sugar, and helping with cholesterol: Wheat Germ. Well after looking into it more, it's packed with tons of vitamins and minerals and can be included in many recipes and even on top of yogurt and icecream. According to what I have researched it is has the highest amount of iron and potassium compared to any other food, 2 mg of vitamin B1 and 4.2 mg of vitamin B3. Wheat germ also contains an abundance of phosphorous, lecithin, riboflavin, calcium, and the minerals magnesium, selenium and zinc, as well as vitamin E. And one 3.5 ounce serving of wheat germ provides 27 grams of protein..something all of us cysters need for healthy hairgrowth and overall health.
I am going to pick up a jar of this stuff asap and hopefully see the benefits, according to sources within 6 weeks.
Here is one article I found for those interested

thanks for this info... I LOVE wheat germ on yogurt! I used to eat it all the time... more for the taste rather than health benefits.. lol..sounds like it's time to start back up!

FYI... I think it's best to keep wheat germ in the fridge as it can go bad quickly...

good luck.. I would love to hear updates as you use it!

My mom use to eat it on top of ice cream. Now I'm eating it with ice cream too and it's actually pretty good! I get it from www.bobsredmill.com ...
