hey lori --

i don't have back problems but my assistant in the library i work in does, and you have my prayers and sympathy for what you are going through with back pain. my assistant injured her back at work when she and i had to pack and unpack our library. moving over 700 boxes of heavy books. i hope you get some relief soon. beejcee
