Prayer in church tonight with pastor

Well it has been laying on my heart for awhile now to be prayed with in church about having a baby of our own and tonight we had prayer in church and please continue to pray for us that we will have a child soon and I pray that all that is ttc will also and you all are in my prayers, god is really working on me right now and serving him and this last week it has really been laying on my heart to take this to the lord to bless us with a baby of our own, tonight our pastor took us by the hand and prayed with us and I really feel like our prayer will be answered in time, please continue to pray for us and I am praying for all of you all also. Thank you and god bless you all, you guys are like a second family to me, I am so joyous tonight for my family and friends. Thank you and once again god bless.

Lori,

You are in my thoughts and prayers sweetie. I too have felt in the past several weeks that God has been laying on my heart to step out in faith with TTC. I feel more peaceful and relaxed, sensing that God is near me, and that I am just waiting for his plan to unfold. But at the same time, I can't get rid of these nagging fears and doubts that I've had for so long. Do you have this problem too?

Hi! I just wanted to add my 2 cents worth. Recently I had surgery to remove a skin cancer (I'm 32), and was off work for 4 weeks while the graft healed. In the meantime I really grew closer to God. During that time I was thrilled to find that there are Bible promises which support that God wants us to have children! The only thing standing in our way is FEAR and doubt! I would be happy to email the scriptures I find encouraging. We have to have FAITH! Satan will try to destroy our faith and hinder our receiving of God's blessings. We must resist Satan and cleave to God's word and then we will have victory. I'm happy to report that when I started doing this I had my first real menstrual period without medical help on 9/2....my anniversary! The bible says we already have the promise of children...we have to have faith that that promise will materialize in the "natural." Hope this helped someone.

I'll post here for everyone. These scriptures have been my life preserver. I was concentrating so much on pcos that I was losing sight of all the things promised in God's word. pcos is of Satan. Plain and simple. We have been redeemed from the curse of sickness and other things when Jesus died for us. We don't have to live under the yoke of oppression anymore! Anyways...here are the scriptures, I'm sure there are many more. I highlighted them and bookmarked them and read them often.
Exodus 23:25-27
Samuel (all of chapter 1 and 2)
Psalm 113:9
Psalm 119:49-50
Proverbs 3:5-6
Proverbs 4:21-22
Isaiah 49:23
Isaiah 53:5 (very powerful)
Nahum 1:9 (many use this against prior miscarriages)

Romans 2:11 (what he will do for others he will do for you!)

Romans 8:25 & 28 & 31
Ephesians 3:20
Colossians 2:10

I TOO HAVE BEEN PRAYED FOR IN CHURCH SERVERAL TIMES. HOWEVER, THE LAST TIME ( 3 WEEKS AGO) WAS THE FIRST TIME I REALLY WALKED AWAY BELEIVING THAT THIS TIME IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. I USED TO CRY ALOT ABOUT THIS BUT, I LAYED BY PROBLEMS ON THE ALTER ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND NOW I DON'T CRY OR FEEL SORRY FOR MYSELF. I'VE REALIZED THAT GOD HAS A REASON. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME BECAUSE SATAN RIDES MY BACK OFTEN AND TRIES TO MAKE ME DOUBT. I WILL PRAY FOR YOU AND BELEIVE THAT GOD WILL GRANT YOU THE CHILD YOU WANT.

Thanks for posting them also, I have been reading them and I am believing that I will become a mother and have a child also. I believe Jesus took those stripes for our healings and we have to believe and receive. But I also know that God's time is not always "our" time and that our prayers are answered even if we don't get it "right" at that moment "we" want it. His time is perfect. Never doubt it. We WILL get our miracles and don't let the enemy get you down. Keep that faith and keep believing and standing on the promises of God.

I'd like to share something. Hope it's not too corny.

Lately I've been having dreams that I am pregnant. I just thought it was because I have ttc on my mind 24/7. But people who don't know we're ttc have come up to me to tell me they've had dreams that I'm pregnant also. In all of these dreams I am so happy and healthy (

) and am just so blessed by God. I feel that this is one of the ways that the Lord is reassuring me that my prayers will be answered in His time.
