Please pray for my niece tonight. She's 5 years old and my have to have emergency surgery on her neck. She was born with a cyst in neck and she's had 7 surgeries to correct the problem. In August 2002 we thought the doctor finally got the all the cells. He had to not only remove the cells from her neck but from the back of her neck as well where he found the cyst that was "feeding" the one on her neck.
Yesterday she and SIL were down for an early Thanksgiving dinner and she seemed fine. This mornins she woke up and her neck was swollen and she was running a fever. SIL rushed her back to VA to see the doctor. At the moment she's have a CT Scan, she fought it last time, and I'm hoping to hear something soon. The doctor has said she will have surgery and that the CT Scan will show whether they need to proceed tonight or in the morning.
Sister- I just said a prayer. My (almost) 5 year old niece has had numerous surgeries as well and its so hard to watch her endure them. Keep us posted! Blessings and strength!

I'm not sure if your niece had, what I was born with but please let me first ask what is her name so that I can give a name with my prayers!
Second, I see that you are in South Carolina, what hospital is she in? I just have so much to say and want to help since I myself was there.
I was not suppost to live "baptize her she will not live long it is cancer."
We have taken out a large part of her muscle, etc.."she will not hold her head properly."
She seems to had a odd shape to her jaw, etc..."she will not talk properly....
I'm great! Enough of me, I will keep her in my prayers!
