My mom is scheduled to have an operation on her cervical spine July 1 at 11:30. As of now she has NO feeling in her hands and her legs are starting to give out on her. Her Dr said that if she doesn't have this operation she will be paralized within a year. This is from degenerative disease and she will have to be checked every year from now on. The Dr cannot gaurantee that she will regain her feeling in her hands and feet but this is her only chance. The hardest thing about this is the fact that she is now a great-grandma and she can't feel her great grand-daughter. She will be coming to stay with me for the next three weeks, as she will not be able to drive or go up stairs.

Please pray that she will find relief and that God will be with her through this 4 hour operation.
