I would like to ask all of the wonderful cysters out there to please pray for me and my wonderful DH. I was hurt on the job last August and after 10 months of treatments for my injuries and two surgeries I have a court date on the 19th to settle my case. I have been feeling okay about everything until today. I received the insurance companies report and it is not good. Please pray that the Lord will see that things go like they should and we will be compensated for the 9 months I lost of work for my injury and the fact that I cannot return to the kind of work I was doing. I have had to take a job making almost $6 less/hour and only 3 days a week for now. This whole situation has not only put a strain on us financially, but emotionally as well. I would just like to ask that we be remembered in prayers, especially with the court date quickly approaching.

Dear Tammy,

You poor dear cyster...you have been through SO much! I will definitely be keeping you in prayer. I would be terrified to go to court for anything! However, I will pray that you will be soothed and guided by the presence of God and that His wisdom will direct any decisions made there.

Also keeping you in prayer for your health and your DH also.

I was approved on 8/4/09 for RNY! Surgery Date is 9/22/09

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.

Court went okay ( I guess)...I now have to wait about three weeks for the judges decision. The insurance company is denying my claim for the lipoma I had removed and saying it wasn't work related. Even if it wasn't work related...I never had problems with my wrist before I got hurt.

Ashley, so sorry I haven't been around very much. Things have been hectic here, plus I had computer problems...and haven't gotten around to downloading my aol messenger again... I'm trying to do that right now though...so we can chat!!! I miss talking to you.
