I don't have any info on that, but wanted to wish you well if you're having to deal with it. You might hop over the the pregnancy board. The ladies there are very, very knowledgeable about pregnancy health concerns.

I have already had my 2 children and had bad issues both because of pre-clampsia. I just wanted to let the ladys who are with child to take notice of this very early on because some Doctors wait to long to diagnois this. So if you have PCOS take
extra steps that can help. I wasn't even aware that my near death with pre-eclamsia was even associated with PCOS until a few years ago. It doesn't have to be as bad if you are knowledgable about it.

Sara...Please let me know where I can find info on this. I had pre-eclampsia with my first child and just so happens she is my only one. But I would like to know, as of right now we are not planning to have anymore children...but you never know. Thanks in advance.

I was actually surfing the on pre-eclampsia when I found articles on how ladys with PCOS are way more likely to have it.
Oh how I wish I knew the 2 were connected before then.

As far as losing weight goes .....

I have to low carb anyway or my body will not move.
I feel like I've got wet clothes on.
So far I have went from 230lbs to 185lbs.
It is so very hard to do. It's not how much you eat its what you eat! AND I LOVE CARBS AND STARCHY FOODS....
but they do NOT love me. (hee hee)

I had it with boyh of my babies and have always wondered if there was a connection. Thanks for posting about that...
