Thanks, Jamie. I am just hoping it's at least in the 72hour range if not the 48 hour range.

Kerr, it's almost bittersweet to think.."well, I would be OKAY if I did have a m/c, as long as it wasn't another ectopic." I actually fear miscarry, but I fear an ectopic even more. I guess the worry doesn't end at any point in PG though. There is ALWAYS something to worry about.
My doctor's office said I could possibly have a u/s as early as this coming week, depending on my beta's. However, I know my doc is going out of town on Tuesday so not sure if I would have to wait for him to get back or what. Also, my beta would have to be over 1000-1500 to see anything at all. We'll see what Monday's beta turns out to be. I POAS on 15dpo and the lines were much thicker and darker, but I used my last hpt and told myself I would not buy anymore or I'll just drive myself nuts until Monday obssessing over the darkness and thickness of lines. lol

Ursula: mine was doubling about every 64 hours and i was so nervous but i saw the HB and everything is good so far so even if your doubling every 3 days it doesnt mean anything bad

Hi - I am getting my betas done again tomorrow am. My number from Saturday was 30 (it doubled!!!) I am also very nervous and fear having another MC. The on call dr who gave me my # told me to be cautious as it is stil very early. How reassuring...

Hi ladies,

I am sorry I haven't written a while. For some reason my computer gets hung up sometimes and won't let me post.

We went in for our "big u/s" last week, and everything looks great. A wonderful heart, brain, feet, kidneys, etc.... No word on the sex....little stinker had its legs crossed the whole time. They even let me get up and walk around and pee to see if he/she would move. When it was over I got this response....

"I think it is a girl, but I wouldn't bet the ranch on it!?!?"

Ugh... But, the most important thing is that everything looks good.

We have a lot of newbies here CONGRATS! I pray that your pg's are wonderful and sticky.

Shawna- Your baby boy is beautiful.

Amanda- I can't believe that your baby is already a month old! WOW!

Gina- You are doing so wonderful. Your ticker says 83 days to go so you are getting to the end.

Sainy- I am so sorry for you loss. I pray that you are now healing from your surgery and that you will take care of yourself.

CA Rogers: Good luck with your b/w. Hopefully they get back to you quickly.

I just got back from the dr. The baby looks great and is measuring right on schedule at 8 weeks. The HB went from 135bpm last week to 163bpm this week and i got to see and hear the HB again. They released me to my OB which i'm a little nervous about but they said i can call them if i ever need anything.

Here's the u/s pic from today. The lady made it so light...i dont know why.

I need some reassurance. I had a missed miscarriage in Dec at 9 weeks (they said growth stopped at 6-7w), and after I thought back on it, as I was out of town and really busy on weeks 7&8, I realized that I had lost most symptoms during that time. Though, I mainly had sore breasts and no m/s or anything.

This time when I found out (Apr 16, about 4w4d) they did a beta and a progesterone. Beta was between 1000 and 1100, and progesterone was in the mid-20s. I was still a little shocked and didn't write it down specifics. Since then I've had a lot of feeling nauseous and that I might puke without actually puking. Sore breasts again. Which while not fun, I am glad to be feeling something.

My first appt (incl u/s) is next Fri, May 2 and I'll be 7w6d (though I am sure that they will think I'll be 8w1d -- but I am not going to care too much about 2 days).

OK, so now that you know about my situation, I'm more hungry, but my breasts are less sore today, and I don't feel as nauseous and I am totally freaking out about losing symptoms. I know if I were to call, the OBs office is either going to blow me off, or if they let me come in, it may be too early to see anything,and I'd have to spend a crazy week worrying and go back next week anyway. I have no pain or bleeding, and I've stayed on my Met this time...

thanks for letting me vent, and if anyone has any encouraging words I'd appreciate it. I decided not to join the Dec 08 mommies board until after I saw the hearbeat, just in case something goes wrong I don't have to tell more folks, so I've been lurking around the pregnancy boards, but not saying too much. This is so scary. Sorry for rambling, going to take a walk outside over lunch, and try to be more zen...

Lisa: As you get further along your symptoms are going to come and go. I was freaking out last week cause my symptoms would be almost non-existent some of the days. Its hard not to worry. I am praying for you and your little one.

My beta is up to 110! My drs office wants to keep following my #s until they reach about 6,000 which is around May 5th. They will not schedule me in to see the dr "until they are sure that it is viable" What the heck! I am looking for a new OBGYN...

Lisa, I know it is hard to not worry, but you really can not rely on symptoms. They will come and go as your body adjusts to the hormones. Please try not to worry. I know easier said than done. I, too, am trying to stay positive and unless I see something to worry about severe cramping and/or bleeding then I will worry. I am just trying to enjoy this pregnancy for however long it will last and I hope you can do the same with yours.
