I am very curious if anyone can tell me the risks of miscarrying with PCOS? Is it higher? I'm 26 and really looking forward to trying to get pregnant, but I"m worried that if I do I might lose it? Is this something that I should prepare myself for? Thanx!

There is a higher miscarriage rate among women w/ PCOS, not sure about the exact numbers. A lot has to do with low progesterone, but there are other issues as well.
Have you tried running a search on this? I'm sure you'd come up with a lot of threads with better information than I can give you.
Ditto. There are progesterone issues that can cause misscarriage. Many Cysters never have a misscarriage, and some have them repeatedly. I've heard that after age 35 or 40 misscarriage rates go up for all women, so 26 is a better age.
I had my daughter at age 30, and it was the only time I have ever been pregnant. You should be sure to disscuss this with your doc. before trying to get pregnant. Make sure to research on SC the questions to ask your doc about misscarriage and PCOS.
