I have just found out on monday i was pregnant but have been having tummy cramps and back ache for a few days now went to gp today who rang hospital straight away and got me in for a scan as last week i had a bit of bleeding with brown discharge not a lot just a very tiny bit i went lunchtime for the scan and was told the baby is too low in the uterus and i could be misscarrying i went to see the midwife as i am only 5 - 6 weeks gone so no heartbeat was found as she said it was early days yet the midwife said when the baby is this low it ussually indicates m/c but it could survive with very slim chance i was told to look out for bleeding and other symptoms of m/c and i have to go back next friday for another scan to see if the sac as grown if it asnt they will decide what to do whether to let nature takes its course or remove it i am gutted and hope for a miracle . as anybody else had this problem with the baby being ok ? i would be gratefull of any answers.
