Just wondering if anyone else on here has PMDD, and if it is possibly related to PCOS?

I was diagnosed this year, before I was diagnosed with PCOS. I have had sever PMDD since I was around 18, and it usually results in severe depression and suicidal thoughts from about three days before my period, and lasts until the day my period starts. I wont take anti-depressants, so I am just monitoring my own actions and thoughts as it goes along.

I did notice that Yasmin caused these symptoms to be much much worse than normal, so I recently went off Yasmin and started on Diane again. Anyone else had any similar experiences and maybe some advice on how to deal with it??
