prenatal vitamins

has anyone tried taking prenatal vitamins to help with acne? i got a few samples from the office and noticed a huge difference within 2-3 days

I haven't noticed a difference at all while taking prenatal vits. I've been taking cenogen ultra prenatal vits for over a yr now.
