Question Prenatal vitamins if not TTC?

Just wanted to get opinions on whether prenatal vitamins are too strong for us if we're not TTC? My son is 7 mos. old and I'm still taking them - they seem to work for me and I'm not a great eater so I figure they help me get all my nutrients. Do you think I can OD on the high amounts of some of the vitamins in there?
Plus we are thinking about another baby in the next 6 mos. or so...
Thanks in advance!

I think that it is fine to take them if not TTC. Especially since you want another child in the future. If you got pregnant unexpectedly, you wouldn't have to worry.

I don't think you have anything to worry about with the prenatal vitamins. I am not TTC, nor have I ever been. However, when I was talking to my doctor she recommended several kinds of vitamins and one of them was pre-natal vitamins.

I don't think prenatals are too strong -- I think they are great for you.
